Director - Principal and Founder

At the helm of Graves Learning Center is its founder, Richard S. Graves, Sr., who serves as Director-Principal. Richard has over 25 years' corporate work experience. During the last 12 years he has been a standout classroom instructor in leadership/employee development. He is certified in over 75 training courses and modules, and he conducts many of the Center's training classes. Richard's global training experience includes numerous corporate and university audiences. His perspective on training and development is simple: "Individuals and organizations need fundamental development of the human resource. Graves Learning Center's aim is to provide state-of-the-art training to clients in a format that makes sense. We will also meet their needs, in the shortest time necessary and at the lowest cost on the market!"
